For theBeginners

Yoga is accessible for everyone and improve flexibility, strength, and posture

New to Yoga? Surely you must have lot of questions in your mind.

We will help you to learn about what yoga is, how to determine whether yoga is for you, what to wear, what equipment you need, how often to do it, and what style to choose for your first class and many more information that may help you to start your journey without any doubt

Yoga is done in bare feet on a yoga mat. Even the most basic yoga stretches require clothes that can stretch or move, so wear the most comfortable outfit that allows you to move around easily. Yoga is in no way exclusive and accessible for everyone, it does not matter how you look like, what is your age, what you wear, how much your body weight, what you do for a living, what is your location or what religion, culture you practice. Yoga is above than all these boundaries and a fine practice that is both physical exercise, helping improve toning, stamina, posture, strength, balance and flexibility, as well as a discipline that helps you de-stress, relax, feel healthier and more energetic in your life.

 Insights

There are so many benefits of practicing yoga. Yoga helps you:

Improves Your Flexibility

Your posture and body alignment will improve significantly all because of the improvement in your flexibility by Yoga.

Develop Your Strength

Some yoga poses or postures help you become (and stay) fit and trim, control your weight, and reduce your stress level. Through different poses, yoga builds strength, flexibility, and stamina.

Reduce Your Stress Level

When yoga is practiced with intention, it can help you relax your mind and body and give you the feeling of oneness and help you reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve heart function

Increases your blood flow

Yoga gets your blood flowing. More specifically, the relaxation exercises you learn in yoga can help your circulation, especially in your hands and feet.

Helps you sleep deeper

Stimulation is good, but too much of it taxes the nervous system. Yoga can provide relief from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Boosts your immune system functionality

Asana and pranayama probably improve immune function, but, so far, meditation has the strongest scientific support in this area

 Simple Precautions for All

  • There is one important thing we should take care off: avoid practicing during the hot hours and avoid practicing directly under the sun. Always use sun protection, maybe use some insect-off cream.
  • Due to uneven ground, stones etc. be careful not to injure yourself.
  • We always use our mat and are mindful of our trash. A true yogi always leaves the place in a better condition than he found it.
  • So, let’s create more opportunities to practice in nature, knowing that perfection in practice is achieved when we are not affected by the external conditions!
